Biography
Sarah Miller (flute) and Elinor Nicholson (harp) met whilst studying at the RNCM and formed the Meridiem Duo in 2013. During their time at the conservatoire, the duo received regular chamber music coaching from specialists including Petr Prause, Rob Buckland and Pavel Fischer. Since then, they have performed numerous recitals across the country, delighting audiences with the wide range of repertoire available for this instrumentation.
The Meridiem Duo is proud to work for ‘Live Music Now!’, a charity that inspires those who may not have access to live music performance. This scheme places musicians in settings such as special educational needs schools, hospitals, pupil referral units and residential homes.
The Meridiem Duo are excited about upcoming projects, including plans to record their debut album.
