This weekend my flute and harp duo (Meridiem Duo) performed in two concerts. On Friday we were over in Yorkshire performing at the beautiful venue of the Garden Rooms at Tennants Auction House in Leyburn. This was for a fundraising concert for Live Music Now and we are pleased to say that the event raised over £5000 for the charity.
On Saturday we headed over to Wigton in Cumbria to perform for Solway Arts Society. We had such lovely audiences at both concerts and we met so many wonderful people.
In other Meridiem news we are meeting this week with videographers to discuss producing a video in the next few months...watch this space!
